Who we are. Powerled Electrics, London (info@powerledelectrics.co.uk), is responsible for the details you give on this site.
What we collect. Only what you type into the request form: your name, email, optional phone, your shul or organisation, town, role, number of screens and any message. We also keep a one-way scrambled form of your internet address to stop abuse of the form, and count how many times your download link is used. We don't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
Why. To send you the software, help with installation and follow up your request (our legitimate interest in responding to you, and your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
Where. Stored with Cloudflare (our hosting provider) and emailed to our office mailbox. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long. Two years from your last contact with us, unless you become a customer, in which case for as long as we support your installation.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
The boxes themselves. A zmn signage box checks this site for updates. That check sends nothing about your shul; it only asks which version is current.
